Beacheria in Seebad Bansin

So have eaten better elsewhere 😳👆 What is offered here can soon be done better at home. And when you place an order as a family, you actually want to eat everyone together 😒😱 and not as it was with us ..... Pizza ready after 10 minutes, but the spaghetti only ready to serve after 45 minutes 😳 (after asking again at the employee) I don't understand what it took so long .... but at home the pasta doesn't cook that long 🤪😒 the food wasn't that tasty either ..... I think the spices were probably all. We will never go back to this place. It's a shame because it's well located 🤔

Spinaci e Gorgonzola to take away, I think this cook or whatever he should be has never tasted this dish himself. That was an insult to the house. The food was too salty and like mush. This has nothing to do with cooking. Too bad.

The handling of self-ordering takes a bit of getting used to, but the food was to my complete satisfaction and the staff is extremely accommodating when you express special requests!

it we did not like here. On our first evening on Usedom we discovered the Beacheria, as the sun was still shining beautifully on the outside spaces, so we sat down there and ordered a meal. The principle of Beacheria you already know Vapiano you order at a counter and then gets a beeper with the ring when you can pick up the food. The first thing we did not like that we had to order food and drinks at separate cash registers and thus doubly pending. In addition, not all food and drinks could be ordered from the menu. The food itself (we both had pasta) was absolutely bad. The only reason for the 2 star rating is the salad and the garlic bread which we had as a starter, it was really tasty, but we both didn't like the main course at all.

50 minutes waiting time for pizza, 30 minutes waiting time for pasta. It's a shame if you only rely on the location and the facility and let the service drag - especially with a self-service concept!

We had Chef Pasta, Bolognese and Pasta di Pomodoro, pizza bread (super tasty) and Ceaser salad classic. Everything tasted very good. Service was very nice. Portonies big, you get really full. Prices are right too. The only thing that could be criticized is that it takes a while for the food to be ready. But we didn't mind!

Eating is just fine. Warm drinks. Can be done, does not have to be. Designed for mass tourism.

Ordered two salads around 8:15 pm ... Then it was said that we had to wait about half an hour. When we wanted to pick up our order at 8:50 pm, we were told that the order had apparently been forgotten. Unfortunately, the friendly staff didn't have the idea to make the salads quickly ... More than disappointing.

Have eaten 3 times in the Beacheria. The food tastes good. You have to like the SB style ala Vapiano. However, the work processes are a disaster. The management could recognize some errors and simply remedy them just by being there for 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. Unskilled personnel is not a problem, but then at least someone has to take care of further development. However, I do not understand if there is not enough change in any of the cash registers on Saturday evening in the main season. This does not do justice to the desired level of the Seetel group. So just 5 minutes of silent observer in your own restaurant and a lot can get better ...

The waiting time is a cheek, matching the price performance ratio. Service is not available. The kitchen is uncoordinated, no involvement. Pizza and pasta weren't particularly good. I never actually write a review, but with an hour of waiting it wasn't difficult for me. The pasta came half an hour earlier. Never again!

If you want to ruin your evening you are at the right place! There was no pizza even though it was only 8 p.m. !!! So ordered pasta and lo and behold after an hour it was ready. What I then had to put up with my taste buds was the very last thing !! Price performance is not right at all! NEVER AGAIN!!! HAS NOT EVER DESERED A STAR !!!!

Tried four times, failed four times! No adequate service for "outside customers"! Either waiting times of 2 hours were targeted or no order was accepted at all !!! People it's season! Corona or not, then adjust your opening times and your personnel key OR please stop advertising for out-of-home sales if you cannot do it justice! You have lost us as a customer.

We ate delicious pizza there. This Italian is in the Seetelhotel Kaiserstrand Beach hotel. It is a self-service Italian. Maybe just because of Corona ... Unfortunately I don't know. You order your food and drink, pay and you are informed by a signal when the food is ready. You pick it up yourself. The pizza was delicious! Corona measures are observed here. The price-performance ratio is €€.

Everything tasted very good. Despite self-service, everything was very good ...

We ordered to pick up by phone. After 20 minutes we picked up a Ceasar salad, Penne Salmone and a pizza bread. Well - the salad was a joke, you had to look for the dressing, the chicken was by no means freshly fried, but cold, the amount would be ok for a GOOD salad at THE price. The penne was just dry, you had to look for the sauce here, too, the taste wasn't that big of a deal, but that's a matter of taste. The pizza bread was good. So if you don't expect a lot and want to eat in your accommodation, you can certainly consider the Beacheria, but you don't have to. Vapiano was often used as a comparison, but the Beacheria is miles away. A very clear plus point: the service. Attentive, nice, quick.

After more than 45 min. had to wait for our food and the out-of-home customers were served faster, the food still tasted good. Pizza, pasta and salad were delicious and the vapiano-like self-service you may or may not like. You can still work on the concept a little. 3/5 ⭐

It makes it easy to choose food at the table, go to the counter order including drinks, pay, drinks with cutlery and napkins to take to the table, if the button you notice the vibrate, get up and pick up the food at the counter and back to the table go. Of course you can also clear yourself. Spaghetti Bolognese I can not recommend, because the sauce was too watery for me !!!! Otherwise very clean and dogs are welcome too. The restaurant has a flair like a train station restaurant.

Excellent pasta and pizza. Very nice service. Prices are also very affordable for German standards. It is possible to order take-out (you have to pick it up yourself). Lokol located on the promenade, a great place to get away with family or friends.

Not what we expected, nice employees

It was nice there. The concept is pretty much like Vapiano. You can have your food in the restaurant but have to go to the counter for order and pick up. The quality is good and waiting times are reasonable. It's also possible to order for take away. One big plus: one of the rare restaurants that accept cards for payment.

We were guests at the hotel and decided on an evening for the Beacheria. Self-service is a bit hard to get used to ... But the staff is happy to help with the hot plates. Also children's portions were served on request, for half price. The food was very tasty!
